FATIMA THE MOVIE – Feature

"Fatima The Movie" is an adventure story about the lives of three little Shepard children and their attempt to do what Our Lady asks of them despite the tortuous efforts of local authorities, disbelieving clerics, parents, and the skepticism of unbelieving journalists. A harrowing story, it is set during world World War I in fascist Portugal, on the eve of the Bolshevik Revolution – at the onset of what would become the most tumultuous century in man's history. The message is one of belief, faith, and ultimately peace, as God’s promise to mankind through his chosen emissary, Mary the Mother of Jesus. The Message is not one just for Catholics, but for the whole world, whether Jew, Muslim, Orthodox, Protestant, or unbeliever.

During World War I, Pope Benedict XV made repeated but forlorn pleas to the world for peace and finally exasperated, made a direct appeal to Mary, in May 1917, to intercede for peace in the world. Amazingly, her response was the first appearance at Fatima just over a week later to three small children. In her final Fatima apparition on October 13, 1917, God sent a colossal sign in the form of a supernatural event known as the "Miracle of the Sun," witnessed by over 70,000 people and documented by scores of newspapers to convert many to the ways of God.
God's plan of peace for mankind has been the thread which connects the tapestry of Blessed Mary"s appearances.

This incredible story filled with many miracles and mysteries started in the 1770s, at the exact same time the East Coast was being settled and the United States was created, but is a story that has never been told in an honest and compelling way.
